When newcomers are first introduced to drumming as adults, they often say "oh, I don't have any rhythm," in an attempt to excuse themselves for their imagined inadequacy. The truth is: We All have Rhythm! Rhythm is our natural inheritance. It exists in our bodies, our hearts, our breath. It exists in the vibration of atoms, the cycles of the seasons, the ticking of clocks, the orbit of …
As we age, we need strategies to keep our bodies healthy, particularly if we do not accept treating symptoms with drugs and surgery. Developing intuition about our bodies comes from experience, and better understanding of the seasons. Members of Health Yourself! will discover and share ideas so we can institute them in our lives, and bring them to our friends, family, and community.

I have been seeing, hearing and feeling spirit my whole life. I am a devoted student of life and a passionate believer that our loved ones who have passed on continue to communicate with us long after their bodies have left this earth—if we learn how to hear them.
